Requirements

• 0-2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Experience in preparing pleadings and legal briefs.
• Proficiency in arguing motions and attending mediations preferred.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Current admission to the State Bar of Nevada.
