Duties

• Advise clients on estate and elder law strategies, including asset protection and Medicaid planning.
• Prepare legal documents such as wills, trusts, and healthcare directives.
• Lead workshops to educate the community and alleviate legal anxiety.
• Engage in community outreach through blogs, podcasts, and collaborative efforts.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school; admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Experience or strong interest in estate planning, elder law, and related areas.
• Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
• Alignment with the firm's mission and enthusiasm for community education.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
