The candidate is responsible for leading strategic and tactical legal initiatives for the Company. Interact with and support various groups across the company, with a primary on securities, corporate governance, and M&A issues. Juris Doctor Degree/law degree from an accredited law school is required. Should have 4+ years’ experience as a corporate attorney. Admission to State Bar is needed. Strong working knowledge of corporate governance-related matters and M&A transactions. Strong working knowledge of corporate and commercial real estate is needed. Should have the ability to negotiate new business contracts.
