Winston & Strawn’s Houston office is looking for a corporate associate with at least two years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (including in the private equity context) and general corporate matters. The ideal candidate should have experience in (i) due diligence investigations and preparation of related memoranda, (ii) preparation of acquisition/disposition agreements and related closing documents and (iii) closing transactions. Experience with capital formation, partnerships and finance would also be helpful. All candidates must be admitted to the Texas Bar.
