Description

The Associate Director, IT Infrastructure Capacity Management, leads the team accountable for evaluating Humana's multi-cloud IT Infrastructure capacity needs.

Responsibilities

Summary of accountabilities -

Establish & implement a common Capacity Management framework across all major infrastructure towers.

Develops and produces executive level IT & business metrics.

Develops & produces detailed near term and long term IT infrastructure demand & capacity forecasts.

Develops maintains, and expands all required inter/intra departmental relationships necessary for success.

Consults with partner organizations for future projects or acquisitions, reviews hardware and software configurations and provides input for potential solutions.

Documents problems and solutions and serves as the point of contact and escalation for capacity related issues.

Required Qualifications

6 years of technical

2 years of leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent,

10 years of technical

5 years of management experience in a large multi-cloud environment.
