The candidate will be scheduling and handling all client intake matters and client relationships. General office duties, such as copying, scanning, and filing. Answering and making phone calls. Following up with potential and existing clients. Creating cover letters. Direct mailing to clients and leads. Should have experience in sales and customer service. Experience speaking to clients on the phone and scheduling appointments. Knowledge of estate planning and elder law is a bonus. Personable, dynamic, dependable, self-motivated, and can work independently. Willing and able to learn and apply new software, and follow the process. Multitask and remain focused through frequent interruptions.
