Commercial Litigation Attorney

The candidate will join a broad practice representing a wide range of businesses and industries primarily throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Will work under general supervision, and provide quality legal services to clients including research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, discovery, court appearances, client communication and direct client contact. Will also participate in marketing activities, including networking, community involvement, etc. Must have 1-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney, specifically with experience in research, motion practice, discovery, and hearing/trial preparation. Candidates who have completed a judicial clerkship in the Civil Division or Appellate Division are strongly preferred. Admission to the New Jersey Bar and strong academic credentials are required. Pennsylvania Bar admission also preferred. Strong research and writing, time management, prioritization and organizational skills are needed. Should have ability and/or interest in participating in individual and firm-wide marketing and business development efforts. Must have commitment to maintaining a high-level of proficiency in the most current and advanced legal techniques.
