The Associate Director, Software Engineering codes software applications based on business requirements. The Associate Director, Software Engineering requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).

Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Software Engineering standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes. Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field

6 or more years of technical experience

Strong history of successful leading of team(s)

Broad understanding of Information Technology solutions including technologies, platforms, applications and capabilities

3 or more years of IT Management experience

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Cloud or Multi-Cloud experience highly coveted

Master's Degree
