Duties: The candidate will work with internal and external stakeholders regarding product injury claims, including investigating and determining the root cause of claims. Work with The Toro Mediation Program to resolve claims. Manage outside counsel and work with the internal team to manage claim resolutions. Review budgets and monitor outside counsel billings through the e-billing system. Work with internal stakeholders on technical publications, including operator’s manuals, decals, installation instructions, service manuals, and bulletins to ensure accurate and complete information is provided to customers for use of products. Manage documents related to claims, procedures, and information in Microsoft Teams and internal drives. Manage database and prepare periodic reports for internal stakeholders. Conduct miscellaneous administrative support services, such as document preparation and filing, arranging travel, expense reimbursement processing, etc. for own travel and expenses. Communicates and professionally manages relationships with employees at all levels and in various divisions and functions, including peers and in-house counsel. Works in close communication with outside counsel, outside agencies, and vendors. Organizes and manages documents and systems, including electronic data management systems.
