Minimum Qualifications

Education and/or Equivalent Experience: 

Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Business Administration or in a field related to the job, plus three (3) years of related experience.

Experience may substitute for education up to a maximum of four (4) years

Licenses or Certifications:

Valid Texas Class C Drivers License

The purpose of this position is to support the Long Term Affordability and Community Land Trust Program for the Austin Housing Finance Corporation.

Duties will include:

- Providing program information, including pricing, income eligibility requirements and resale restriction information to potential homebuyers, housing counselors, key nonprofit partners, mortgage lenders, developers and other parties involved in implementing, marketing and promoting the program.

- Conducts user research and analyzes user feedback to enhance website and other affirmative marketing efforts.

- Support stewarding the portfolio of existing

LTA

and

CLT

homeowners, communicating with homeowners to support compliance with legal documents, providing timely responses to requests for approvals and supporting monitoring staff as appropriate.

- Support unit sales and resales.

-Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

Coordinate with other agencies/personnel for certain aspects of mutual research or investigation.

Counsel/facilitate interventions for the prevention of errors involving department/program plans.

Follow up on client or customer complaints (e.g. ‘hot line’ calls or CAF’s).

Conduct fact finding and/or informational survey by interview or other means.

Conduct investigations for department/program plan.

Conduct checks of department/program sites (i.e. clinics, offices) to assure compliance with policies and procedures.

Research information as requested and/or needed.

Compile data and write informational reports.

Perform tasks related to department/program surveying and reporting
