Senior Counsel, Anti-Corruption and Trade Compliance

The candidate will be serving as the legal “subject matter expert” on a range of anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and trade compliance matters and other applicable laws (e.g., Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act, U.S. trade sanctions laws and regulations, anti-boycott restrictions, export controls). Keeping business and Legal colleagues informed of relevant changes in laws and regulations relating to anti-corruption and international trade compliance. Providing leadership, guidance and support to clients and other attorneys in Legal Division. Interacting with and providing legal and strategic guidance to senior management and functional organizational leadership. Developing, periodically revising, managing and assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the Company's anti-corruption and trade compliance policies and procedures and ensuring business/organizational adaptation, as needed. Providing anti-corruption and trade-related legal advice concerning business transactions, including reviewing contracts with 3rd parties, performing related legal due diligence and drafting and negotiating applicable provisions. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, strong academic background is required. Should have 8+ years of experience providing legal counsel on anti-corruption and/or trade compliance issues in a large corporation or law firm. Should be admitted to a US State Bar in good standing; appropriate licensure to practice law.
