The candidate will join exciting and challenging legal practice. Should have 3 years of in-house US Government agency FOIA litigation experience, as well as experience dealing with the FOIA administrative process, preferably in the national security law arena. Prior private practice or government litigation experience is also a plus. The robust FOIA litigation practice at the CIA provides the opportunity to work on unique and challenging issues related to national security and interact with a wide variety of US Government agencies, Congress, federal courts, and the private sector. Graduation from an ABA-accredited law school and active Bar membership from any of the 50 states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands are required.
