Practice Group Marketing Coordinator

The candidate will work closely with firm attorneys and other marketing team members to support all business development and marketing activities for designated practice groups, sectors and/or geographic markets. The primary goal is to drive revenue through new business opportunities and client expansion programs, including pitches and proposals, events and sponsorships, sales pipeline management, key client initiatives, and business development coaching and training. This position is responsible for serving as the on-the-ground point-of-contact for attorneys at the local market level and supporting practice/industry groups on a national level. Must have a 2+ years of experience in a marketing related field. A college degree is preferred with emphasis in Communications, Marketing, Business or related-field a plus. Prior legal experience is strongly preferred and experience with creating and monitoring sales and business plans, goal tracking and sales pipeline management is a plus. Successful candidates will have the ability to work with little direct supervision in a highly collaborative environment and be able to develop professional relationships with department members, attorneys and firm staff.
