As the Vonage Technical Writing Intern, you will sit side-by-side with world-class engineers, professionals, and C-Suite Executives during the 10 week period. Vonage Interns are given meaningful assignments and exposure to real-world experiences within the technology industry.

All Vonage Interns are challenged to think outside the box, shatter the status quo and innovate relentlessly!

What you’re Great At:

Technical Writing: You have a strong interest in documenting and testing new software components.

Problem Solving: You love problem solving and the testing process.

Collaboration: You are comfortable working with others as you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with other interns on a business case challenge.

Self-Learner: You are a self-learner and you are passionate about learning and applying new technologies.

What you’re Good At:

Collaborating with subject matter experts

Documenting software features

What you Must Have Experience In:

Documenting software/APIs

Experience working with GitHub and managing documentation as code

Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Qualities About You That Might Make our Decision Easier:

Currently enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related major

Strong record of academic performance and an interest in desired field of study

Ability to work remotely or in one Vonage office location between June-August 2022.
