Duties: The candidate supports affinity groups by serving as a strategic advisor to affinity group leaders and managing related activities including cultural heritage celebrations, conferences and internal meetings. Manages the completion and submission of client and industry diversity surveys, and provides relevant diversity information for RFPs and proposals. Compiles and maintains diversity and inclusion data and metrics, and assists in the production of related dashboards and reports. Stays abreast of innovative D&I best practices and conducts research on a variety of legal, client and D&I topics.Assists with preparing internal and client-facing D&I presentations. Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
