Hospitality Coordinator
The candidate will plan, organize, and set-up for meetings/ functions. Will coordinate meals and beverages for client and/or firm meetings. Maintain conference rooms, pantries, and kitchens. Purchase and pick up supplies for kitchens and functions. Primary back up to reception. Work within budgets to order meals and beverages for various internal functions. Maintain 5 kitchen areas including but not limited to restocking and cleaning. Work with and create relationships with caterers, supply vendors, and maintenance vendors. Monitor scheduled meetings and events in respect to hospitality needs requested. Manage all room conflicts. Responsible for the set-up and break-down of 14 conference rooms including moving tables, chairs and clearing dishes. Maintain Linens, provide back-up assistance to receptionist by answering, screening, and directing calls. Greet firm guests and direct to correct destinations. Monitor common areas such as lobby, bathroom, etc. Coordinate pick-up and delivery of incoming/outgoing deliveries. Assist both Human Resources and Marketing with planning and execution of events. Perform other support/clerical tasks as required. Excellent oral and written communication skills essential.
