Duties: Assist High Risk Analysts with tasks needed to effectively manage loans which have been deemed to be high risk, complex default contested or adversarial cases. Responsibilities include document collection, review and electronic storage, research, analysis and other items as needed. Assist with data base tasks including setting up items in hold and issues queues and clearing items from exception reports. Work certain assigned queues including bankruptcy, RESPA and title issues. Regular, consistent, and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
