TSA CIP Course Developer/Instructor

ENSCO Inc. is seeking Couse Developer/Instructor with the ability to create/establish, from inception, a course that will be taught at the Transportation Technology Center to the Transportation Security Administration Vulnerability Assessors.  The course will be Critical Infrastructure Protection centric.  The individual will develop the course syllabus and all related course documentsBachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years relevant experience Must have extensive experience in the USG in the areas of Physical Security Must have extensive experience as a senior assessment subject matter expert.  Must know and be familiar with integrating other subject matter expert expertise to include those areas of utilities, structural engineering, emergency operations, WMD, telecommunications, information operations, lightening protection and EMP, targeting and surveillance operations.  (Level of knowledge in all of these areas must be suitable to provide a level of understanding to those being taught that they are able to properly integrate these subject areas into a suitable assessment of mission critical assets)AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITON, FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A US CITIZEN. Master’s degreeBackground in Course PreparationTop Secret Clearance #LI-AH1 ENSCO has been delivering engineering, science, and advanced technology solutions to complex priority programs since 1969.ENSCO operates in the aerospace, avionics, national security, rail, and cyber sectors.
