Restructuring and Bankruptcy - Associate

Profile

An associate with 2-3 years of experience in complex financial restructurings, workouts, and bankruptcy to assist in matters representing lenders, insurance companies, private equity, institutional investors, and corporate clients. Significant experience working on DIP Financing and cash collateral transactions, Section 363 sales and/or bankruptcy litigation is strongly preferred. Excellent academic credentials and large firm experience preferred.
