Job Description: This position will work to develop Brown-Forman brands with Cruise Line and Gift Shops customers. Core responsibilities will anchor on growing the B-F portfolio within this channel, by leveraging the company\u2019s brand building philosophy and strategies. This role will support both sales and trade marketing, executing promotions that support customers\u2019 objectives, as well as B-F\u2019s brand and business goals. Role Responsibilities: \u200bDevelop strong working relationships with key decision makers and account management to secure optimal brand visibility and dominate at the point of purchase Develop and conduct best in class training sessions for cruise staff and management Position B-F portfolio of brands in the cruise channel to be an essential component of our global sales and marketing strategy for its ability to create international brand awareness among the world\u2019s consumers Support the Strategic Accounts Manager America and Trade Marketing Manager in building the annual plans for the cruise ship channel Execute promotional plans, assortment listings, category management, and pricing strategy to GTR guidelines Collaborate with GTR and local B-F teams to identify and seize brand building opportunities through merchandising and promotional activities Take lead as prescribed by Strategic Accounts Manager and Trade Marketing Manager to create and implement personalized innovative cruise line activations Collaborate with GTR team to develop and track A&P budget Utilize the Effective Performance Tool to measure ROI and provide insights Monitor and communicate competitive activity effectiveness Work with the Sales Operation Manager to lead planning, stock management, orders and sales forecast for ship chandlers and cruise line customers Analyze depletion reports, consolidate information and communicate performance results to GTR leadership. Function Capabilities: Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to succeed in many skill areas including planning, teamwork, building relationships, negotiating, problem solving, training & influencing retail staff, problem solving & negotiating Ability to work both individually and as part of a team Strong cultural awareness to reflect international nature of B-F travel retail business Strong oral and written communicator Strong and confident presentation and training skills Strong organizational skills Requirements: Bachelor\u2019s degree in sales or marketing, and 2-3 years\u2019 sales experience Fluent spoken and written English. Spoken Spanish is a plus.
