Chief Marketing Officer

The candidate will develop, implement and execute the overall marketing strategy for the organization. Develop new strategies to drive leads and acquire customers Drive the traditional media strategy – including billboards, TV, radio, among others. Manage efficient growth, measuring performance across KPIs and use analytics to continuously measure results (across omni-channel media). Manage external resources across paid media, creative, content marketing, social strategy, video and campaign management. Build, strengthen and leverage media relationships to achieve notable media placements and drive increased coverage of the organization. Optimize performance across all channels driving efficient growth. Measure impact of media investments and communications driving performance against growth goals. Evolve and enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints in client lifecycle. Identify emerging trends; capitalize on opportunities to expand market share amongst competition. Leverage sales team to efficiently and effectively convert leads into new cases (if include intake). Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required. 8-15 years of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on brand marketing required. Experience managing an internal marketing department and agency partners; Demonstrated ability to enhance organizational marketing and brand strategy as well as media and communications programs required. Proven track record in driving increased media results through major local media outlets required. Strong analytical skills with ability to demonstrate data interpretation required. Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage marketing budgets (strong marketing operations skillset) required. Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills required. Superior leadership skills including team leadership, thought leadership, problem solving and collaboration required. Exceptional cross functional management and project management skills and experience required. Strong performance marketing expertise spanning content marketing, SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, mobile marketing required.
