JOB SUMMARY

Looking for an autonomous, detail oriented person with the

ability to perform several housekeeping audits daily. Will need the ability to drive

from site to site and stand and walk (move within buildings/sites) a

significant portion of the day. A successful candidate will have the ability to

interact with customers at all levels from Admins to VP’s and the ability to escalate

concerns up to the Contract Manager for resolution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform daily housekeeping and logbook audits, using a phone or tablet.

Ability to discuss housekeeping issues and concerns with

the customer and communicate those effectively to Management for resolution.

Ability to work independently with little direct oversight.

Ability to take online training and pass exams for building

access.

Ability to follow

instruction and prioritize effectively.

May performs other duties as requested.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide

efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to the business client.

Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.

Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people.

Ability to assess circumstances, communicate to the Contract Manager and work

with the vendor to implement a solution.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to walk a building and score housekeeping services based on contractual

obligations.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

Basic efficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Ability to use audit application on a phone or tablet.

Previous customer service experience a plus.
