Location:

• Richardson, TX

Duties:

• Handle civil and personal injury litigation matters from start to finish

• Take and defend depositions

• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests

• Prepare for and participate in trials

• Effectively manage time and tasks in a high-volume litigation environment

• Collaborate with legal professionals to strategize and deliver client results

Requirements:

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in Civil and Personal Injury litigation (Required)

• Trial experience (Required)

• Experience with the litigation process (Required)

• Ability to multitask and manage a busy caseload (Required)

• Experience in taking and defending depositions (Required)

• Knowledge of Needles software (Preferred)

• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

• Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (Required)

Skills:

• Civil and Personal Injury litigation

• Trial preparation and participation

• Deposition skills (taking and defending)

• Legal research and writing

• Case management

• Time management

• Knowledge of Needles (Preferred)
