\r \r Position Description:\r \r Business Development\r Manager represents the Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted\r aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area. Responsible for\r creating product acceptance and enhancing portfolio growth through business\r development activities. The BDM provides technical product and procedure\r expertise as well as competitive product differentiation. Assigned sales goals\r are obtained through creative, consultative selling and implementation of the\r U.S. Sales/Marketing plan.  The company offers flexible career paths with a\r strong emphasis on opportunity for internal mobility.\r \r Main Areas of\r Responsibilities\r The Business Development Manager (BDM) leverages\r Allergan Medical resources to enhance adoption of the Facial Aesthetics\r Portfolio.  Synergistically works and coordinates activities\r with other Allergan sales personnel and support teams (include, but are not\r limited to, facial aesthetics, breast aesthetic, APCs, neurology, topical\r aesthetics, medical dermatology, marketing, and other Allergan sales forces).  Complies with required reports, requests, and compliance policies  Effectively manages field assets and resources to include, but not\r limited to, expense management, computer and other allocated equipment.\r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r \r Education and Experience:\r

\r \r \r Bachelor’s degree or higher required\r \r \r Requirements:\r \r \r \r 3 to 5 years successful\r medical sales/practice management experience\r 7 to 10 years business\r experience\r Experience and knowledge\r of general marketing principles and concepts within the healthcare environment\r Experience and knowledge\r of inner workings of a physicians practice\r Valid driver’s license\r \r \r Preferred Skills and Qualifications\r \r \r \r Analytical skills\r Strong business acumen\r Proven selling skills\r Strong and effective\r consultative skills\r Strong conflict and\r problem resolution skills\r Ability to develop key\r strategies and execute\r Strong communication\r skills, both verbal and written\r Strong interpersonal\r skills\r Strong contract/negotiating\r skills\r Financial/budgetary\r experience\r Ability to travel\r Ability to lift 50 lbs.\r Proficiency on excel, word,\r power point and other software skills\r \r \r
