Mid-level Associate: Real Estate / Finance

The candidate must have 3+ years of relevant experience in complex commercial real estate leases, purchases and sales including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing of various real estate asset classes, including, office, industrial, and retail. Experience with lender-side real estate financing work would be a plus. Should possess general corporate knowledge and have general commercial loan/finance experience. Should have strong academic credentials, excellent communication and writing skills, and excellent drafting skills. Juris Doctorate degree required, and admission to practice law in New Jersey is mandatory.
