Aon is looking for a Video Communications ConsultantAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Human Capital Solutions.  This position can be located in Philadelphia, Chicago or San Francisco.  Your impact as a Video Communications ConsultantAon Equity Services is looking for a motivated stock plan professional in its communications practice. This is an exciting time to join a quick growing, fast-paced environment where you can use both your deep stock plan expertise and creative side to help create employee education videos and other content. Job Responsibilities:You will be responsible for analyzing stock plans and translating complex concepts into simple and digestible content. In addition to analyzing plans and script writing, you will also serve as technical director and project manager, assuring that clients receive video content built for their plans and brand. Videos are component-based where the animation process is quick and client projects run 2-3 months from contract to go live. Following video deployment, working with clients on data analytics and refreshing content periodically are the primary client management responsibilities. Brochure and presentation creation, as well as presentation delivery will also be part of the role. Account Management responsibilities will also be involved as the role progresses.This role will have a heavy emphasis on writing content in the first 1-2 years. Product development efforts including script and process improvement, industry event attendance and client-facing deliverables. Exploring new product lines and delivery mechanisms, including non-equity product lines and personalized content may also be part of the role. You may also be tasked with exploring new products for our group to leverage internally as well as new product offerings. Broader compensation and benefit programs may also be part of the content mix.Experience:3 years of experience in equity compensation or stock plan industry required.
