Duties: Review nondisclosure agreements against company policies. Maintain cloud-based files for all fully signed contracts. Use Salesforce to process contracts populating specific fields to action internally. Action customer name changes through Salesforce as well as SharePoint. Action termination notices from customers through Salesforce to defined internal stakeholders; upload to SharePoint and Salesforce for reference/record purposes. Review customer and partner POs who do not sign our Orders. Process signed contracts and Orders through Salesforce utilizing Salesforce DocuSign integration based on company signing authority. Train peers and new hires how to process contracts. Draft of customer amendments, reseller agreements, and referral agreements using pre-approved templates. Research signed contracts from SharePoint for internal parties. Manage tickets in shared work queue and triaging other requests to attorney teams based on region, language, and expertise. Triage all faxes, courier or mail addressed to Legal. Update DocuSign templates based on changes to signing authority. Work with IT teams to manage fixes and enhancements to processes and systems. Help onboard new colleagues and integrate new entities of newly acquired companies. Provide administrative support to the legal team. Perform other related duties, as assigned.
