Litigation firm with offices across the country seeking highly motivated attorney with at least three years of class action litigation experience. Candidates without prior class action experience will not be considered.
Candidate must be:
- experienced with and adept at evaluating potential class action matters;
- proactive and creative, and have excellent writing, research, and analytical skills; and
- fully proficient in drafting pleadings, motion practice, and handling discovery practice.
This position would primarily involve evaluating and handling, from filing to completion, plaintiff-side class action matters.
