A project manager coordinator assists in managing large and complex construction projects to make sure they run smoothly, safely, and effectively.

Project Manager Coordinator responsibilities:
\u00b7 Maintaining accurate and efficient on-site documentation including but not limited to; quality, control check sheets, sub-contractors' pay, requests for information, and change orders.
\u00b7 Assisting the Project Superintendent with material usage
\u00b7 Assisting the Project Manager with plan management
\u00b7 Documentation of material changes
\u00b7 Site cleanliness
\u00b7 Safety first mentality

Project Manager Coordinator Qualifications:
\u00b7 Ability to travel to Arkansas once per month for 2-3 days.
\u00b7 Communication Skills
\u00b7 Strong Work Ethics
\u00b7 Great Organizational Skills
\u00b7 Confident Decision-Making Abilities
\u00b7 The ability to work within budgets and deadlines.
\u00b7 4 or more years' field and project planning experience a plus
