The candidate should have 1+ year's employment or other complex litigation experience required to join its Labor & Employment practice group. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills and the ability to work as part of a team are required. Qualified candidates should have experience in employment defense litigation or traditional labor law. Clerkship experience preferred.
