IP Litigation Associate – Mid-Level

The candidates with experience working on firm’s litigation matters and/or a Chemistry or Biology background as well as candidates with an electrical engineering or computer science background. Must have experience with all phases of patent litigation, including discovery, drafting pleadings, writing briefs and preparing and arguing motions. Should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
