The candidate will maintain client applications including Office Desktop Add-Ins, Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) and Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerBI, and PowerApps). Interface with subject matter experts to gather requirements for business process automation and integration via Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint and PowerBI. Conduct software integration and external interface development to meet business requirements including third-party system integrations such as iManage. Troubleshoot and debug development and production issues across M365 and third-party applications and services. Document software specifications and train 1st and 2nd level support. Recommend system changes and enhancements. Revise and update programs and documentation as required. Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Office, Power Platform and related applications. Create and maintain custom stand-alone applications for end-user devices and cloud services. Primary point of contact with vendors for support. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field or equivalent experience. Should have 5+ years of experience in programming/application development using tools such as C#, Java, Python, Golang, JavaScript or PowerShell. Strong knowledge of legal workflows and document needs. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Power Platform applications. Understanding of declarative languages including XML, JSON, and YAML. Proficient programming abilities in Office Add-In and Microsoft Teams Add-In using .NET. Able to understand and conceptualize applications from both a technical/programming perspective and a business point of view. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management skills. Ability to prioritize competing demands. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
