IS Instructional Design and Delivery Specialist

The candidate consults and partners with key stakeholders and peers to create, implement and deliver learning strategies that develop technology-related skills in order to enhance the firm’s performance and efficiency. Will work with peers on the IS Learning & Development team, as well as other groups within the firm, to prioritize the IS training workload and determine learning strategy. Assist in assembling learning and development materials into curricula and training programs that serve attorneys and staff. This role is also responsible for updating and curating current training materials and researching and finding new sources of ready-made training content. Responsible for delivering new hire training and other classes, in physical and virtual classroom environments, to all personnel. Must have 2+ years' experience with legal software systems and 2+ years' experience successfully participating in and coordinating training projects in a business setting. Prior instructional design and curriculum development experience delivering technology-related material is required.
