International Tax Experienced Senior Associate

The candidate will be responsible for utilizing basic research skills and applying educational background to identify potential tax issues. Charging with gathering required client information necessary to prepare tax accrual workpapers, to utilize tax software applications to complete simple tax returns and participating in tax planning. Bachelor’s degree is required. Juris Doctorate degree, LL.M., and/or MST/MBT is preferred. Focus in Accounting is preferred. Should have 3+ years of experience in corporate tax, international taxation, legal professional services, or equivalent experience gained through an advanced degree program. Experience in international tax is required, Prior experience supervising tax professionals on a project or engagement basis is preferred. Experience utilizing RIA, BNA, Lexis Nexis and/or Westlaw is preferred. CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (“EA”) (or the equivalent of one of these designations) is preferred.
