Position Summary:
This position is responsible for performing physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems, documenting, and calculating results accurately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork
Good problem identification and problem-solving skills, math, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret product specifications
Must possess basic computer knowledge, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
Must be able and willing to stand/walk 8 to 12 hours a day on hard surfaces.
Must be able and willing to crouch, squat, climb stairs and ladders, and occasionally crawl.
Must be able and willing to repetitively lift (occasionally overhead), push, pull, and carry 60 pounds individually and more with assistance.
Must be able and willing to repetitively grasp, reach, pinch, and hold small, medium, and large sized objects repetitively.
Must be able and willing to work in cold and/or hot, humid, wet, environments.
Candidate must be able to work overtime and weekends.
Must be able to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
EXTERNAL REQUIREMENTS:
6 months of work history with one employer in the past 12 months.
Resume required
Experience in the manufacturing industry or other QA type experience preferred.
