Desktop Support Specialist
Candidate will be responsible for resolving and escalating incoming technical issues as well as participating in an on call rotation. Must have: Associate’s degree in a technology related field or equivalent combination of related education and experience. 3+ years of experience with troubleshooting and providing local/remote desktop support. 3+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows Desktop Operating Systems 7/8.x/10. 3+ years of experience with basic administration of the following: Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2/2016 and Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013/2016. Experience working for a law firm is a plus. Working knowledge of mobile devices, laptops and desktops. Working knowledge of common desktop applications including Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of client/server printing Familiarity with the following is a plus: VMware vSphere 5.x/6.x, Citrix XenApp 6.x/7.x, LAN/WAN and Storage Area Networking concepts, Worldox document management software. Good oral and written communication. Attention to detail. Self-motivated professional. Experience working in a team environment. Ability to work in a face paced environment. Can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and technical skills.
