Senior HR Systems Analyst

The candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of HR information system administration, including development and database management. The Analyst will analyze current HR business processes and identify and recommend additional HR service applications and process improvements to the Senior HR Systems Manager and functional team members. The analyst will also work closely with business operations to deploy Workday projects for the organization. Key areas of responsibility include systems, reports & integrations, security, recruiting, onboarding, and advanced compensation. Should have 5+ years’ HR systems experience and prior Workday experience. A college degree is preferred, as is previous law firm experience. Successful candidates must be able to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently, and to work independently on those tasks. Candidates must be able to function well in a fast-paced environment and possess strong analytical and reporting skills.
