What does a great Sr. Solution Architect do?
As a Solution Architect you will apply your vast experience of system architectures, application technologies, data architectures, and infrastructures to support key IT initiatives within Output Solutions. You'll review business and technical requirements, focusing on solution development throughout the project life cycle, supporting development and testing activities, evangelizing standard methodologies and patterns, and raising issues and concerns. You will promote the use of Corporate IT standards, and will create architectures and designs, and will develop future-state architectures.
In this role, you can expect to:
Create logical architecture reflecting the business capabilities of the solution
Work with infrastructure team to create physical architecture of the applications
Evangelize and articulate cloud, integration, microservices and other principles, benefits and technical solutions to business and technical audiences
Translate strategies into target architectures and road maps; articulate and evangelize road maps.
Participate in definition for Cloud Initiatives utilizing industry standard methodologies and technologies
Drive efficiency improvements to reduce cost and improve client satisfaction.
Learn and analyze current industry technology trends, standard methodologies and patterns.
Evaluate tools, technologies and POCs related to new technologies/solutions.
Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve.
Identify issues or disruptive technologies within it.
Define clear goals for all aspects of end to end solution for a project and handle their proper execution.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
15 Years in Java or .NET technology stack.
Hand on experience in DB design as part of solution.
Experience with UI frameworks using responsive design.
Experience working on E2E solution.
Hands on experience with middleware technologies utilizing synchronous and asynchronous transactions.
Experience with industry standard architecture frameworks.
Experience with development frameworks.
Experience providing solutions based on Enterprise Integration patterns, Event Driven Architecture, REST Web Services and Micro Services.
Experience solutioning in public cloud/private cloud/PaaS experience
AWS Solution Architect Associate or Enterprise Architecture certification.
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or related Agile experience.
Experience in designing and developing application in Ricoh Process Director (RPD) and Ricoh Slingshot
