Part-time Client Service Assistant
The candidate will work closely with the lead attorney, marketing manager and scheduling assistant to ensure all prospective and current clients have their personal and legal needs met for the best possible experience. Position will include responding to inquiries from new clients in a timely manner, collecting information on their situation and talking them through the process for onboarding and becoming a valued client of firm. Communicate with potential clients to meet with the Lead Attorney for a full consultation. Work with the Scheduling Assistant to book appropriate consultations with clients for the Lead Attorney & managing the office calendar. Regularly communicate with clients to provide friendly and reassure support to ensure they have best possible experience and excellent client's services. Maintain a small database of leads and manage contact information. Report the status of potential and current clients. Assist with the Lead Attorney to assess the lead's legal situation and how they can be helped. Work with firm crisis management department to assist client in non-legal related services. Familiarity with Icourt, E-filing or any other court system is beneficial. Should be knowledgeable about MS Office Suite. Keen interest in marketing, sales, law or communication is required. Strong and confident communication skills are needed. Should have attention to detail.
