IS Trainer
Duties: The candidate will be involved in remote classroom sessions via WebEx. One-on-one coaching sessions, either in-person or via WebEx. Written instructions and job aids for end-users and internal IS staff groups. Self-paced e-learning training modules. Occasional opportunities to conduct in-person instructor-led classroom sessions. Work with subject matter experts within and outside of the IS Department to determine and promote best practices for use of Firm-wide software and systems. Analysis business processes and role-based responsibilities with the Firm to assess training needs and goals. Provide subject matter expertise to fellow team members based on knowledge, certification and experience with specific applications. Assist with testing of new and updated software and processes/workflows.
