Energy Finance Associate

The candidate must have 3-5 years of big law firm experience with a focus on project finance. Should have familiarity with renewable energy projects involving wind and solar power, including complex transactions involving construction financing, term loan finance, and back-leverage finances. Preferred candidates will have experience representing sponsors and lenders, including financial institutions and institutional investors. Should be admitted to the California Bar.
