Senior Data Privacy Consultant

The candidate fulfills data privacy client needs including, but not limited to, anticipating and executing directives on a wide-range of sophisticated privacy issues. Acts as a subject matter expert on industry standards when complying with privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, LGPD and FCRA. Researches and identifies applicable legal and administrative statutes/standards and other materials relevant to clients’ Data Privacy Programs. Analyzes, organizes, and applies information for client use, prepares technical and other reports, and assists with preparation of responsive documents in draft and final form. Develops policies, procedures and guidance to define and deploy effective and sustainable controls for managing personal data. Assists in establishing, managing, measuring and continually improving processes for evaluating third parties to ensure that they established appropriate privacy controls. Establishes, manages and identifies way to improve processes related to fulfill data subject rights. Leads and participates in data privacy meetings and presentations, assisting in the development of agendas, leading discussions, providing status updates, identifying and analyzing results and generating action items. Juris Doctorate degree is preferred and licensure to practice in any state is preferred. Should have 5+ years of experience in Data Privacy. CIPP certification is preferred.
