Personal Assistant to Firm Administrator/HR Manager
The candidate will work directly with the Firm Adminstrator/HR Manager to assist with and oversee both the personal & professional business of the Managing Partner. Assist with managing the Administrator's calendar and oversee calendaring throughout the firm. Coordinate staff meetings and events (planning, volunteers, setup, cleanup); catering needs when necessary. Oversees and organizes Employee of the Month nominations. Oversees the distribution, collection, and compilation of all employee reviews (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually, 90 day). Maintains Sweet Process database. Monitoring and reporting on specified areas of interest to Management. Performing various general duties and/or office tasks as assigned by Management. Running errands as assigned by Management. Prepare presentations as assigned by Management. Excellent communication skills are required. Ability to work independently with some supervision are required. Ability to follow a task through to completion are required.
