Tax Automation and Innovation Manager
Duties: The candidate will be involved in a review and analysis of existing company processes, data, and use of tax technology, including the use of Microsoft Excel and other complementary technologies and tools. Projects typically cover the areas of tax planning and forecasting, income tax provision, income tax compliance, and other areas such as indirect tax reporting. Assist in preparing process manuals, maps, and checklists for the company staff relating to revised processes and use of technologies and tools. Support the team’s efforts in terms of marketing, networking, and business development. Work with other offices within the firm, assisting with enhancing and optimizing our internal tax processes and use of technologies. Other responsibilities may include training at client locations, providing support to clients post implementation, attending various conferences relating to TaxAI initiatives, and assisting with the preparation of proposals and fee estimates for projects.
