Director, Federal Compliance Officer
The candidate will be collaborating with the firm Federal sales and marketing team to position the firm brand, capabilities, and offerings. Training internal stakeholders of government programs, national security requirements, and related reporting/disclosures. Partnering across key the firm business units including teams focused on information security, supply chain risk management, product management, contract manufacturer engagement, research and development, human resources, and legal. Identifying and analyzing regulatory and legislative policy proposals’ impact to the company. Further build collaborative relationships with federal agencies on national security matters. Should have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field; Master’s degree or law degree is preferred. Should have 15+ years of relevant national security and project management experience, and ideally experience with cybersecurity, technology, and communications solutions and policies. Experience working with internal product, research and development, and information security teams is required.
