Our change management and communication professionals bring practical solutions to complex business and people challenges.The RoleYou will have immediate responsibility for developing and executing measurable, results-based change management and communication strategies for clients. These strategies will draw on your imagination, creativity and exceptional writing skills, as well as your ability to analyze information, develop conclusions and present content through clear, well-written communication in a variety of media formats.You will work on client projects across a variety of industries and human capital areas to: Design, present and implement change management and communication strategies Develop insights related to change management risks and impacts, and communicate those insights clearly and succinctlyManage communication projects in various media, including print and digital, and ensure that quality, schedule and budget goals are metCreate and/or edit employee communication materials, such as messages from executive leaders, PowerPoint presentations, benefits guides, and other materials that translate technical topics into everyday languageCollaborate with our in-house Creative Media Group to develop leading-edge creative campaigns that support our clients’ business transformation and employee engagement objectivesPartner with, and provide oversight to, junior-level team members to review work, provide guidance and insight Deliver superior, consistent project management for assigned projectsDraft statements of work, project plans and budgets involving multiple workflow streams and client teamsManage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to senior team membersParticipate in and co-facilitate briefings with senior-level client audiencesMeet financial goals as described by managerContribute to the learning and development of junior-level team members through “on the job” feedback Support the generation of new business as part of the broader team','!*!Qualifications5-7 years HR/benefits communication and change management experience; consulting experience is preferred, ideally from an organization that specializes in HR Knowledge of current communication and change management trends, marketing and technology (digital and social media), and proven ability to apply that knowledge to client-focused solutionsExperience writing and editing employee communications (compensation and benefits materials is required); experience developing training approaches and drafting training materialsDemonstrated success in supporting the implementation of organizational change strategy, including measurement strategies (surveys, focus groups, etc.)Familiarity with common change management tools and approaches (change impact analysis, stakeholder assessment, etc.); experience with a change management model/methodology (ADKAR/Prosci, Kotter, etc.) is preferredAbility to manage concurrent communication projects that are multidimensional and encompass multiple work streams/subject matters Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skillsExperience facilitating groups specifically to drive consensus, brainstorm and/or to gather data for a project(s) Experience working with graphic designers to craft the “look and feel” of the communication platformA professional presence with polished and well developed oral communication skillsAvailability to travel on an as-needed basisA BS/BA degree in liberal arts is required; an advanced degree in Communication, English or journalism is preferredThe Company Willis Towers Watson is a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company that helps clients around the world turn risk into a path for growth.
