The College Recruiter will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships on campus and conducting research to ensure target universities are in line with the college recruiting strategy and company long term goals while fulfilling all the tactical objectives and activities of the hiring process.\r\r\r\rJOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):\r\r\r\r\rManage open requisitions for college recruiting, interns and co-op positions\rConduct ongoing research to identify targeted colleges/universities, job boards, posting sites, and other relevant associations to further drive the Lincoln Brand and build a talent pipeline\rFollow established processes for sourcing candidates, including research of and participation in relevant community outreach events, job fairs, and social networking activities\rTake responsibility for searching internet job boards and niche sites for appropriate candidates\rUtilize recruitment tools and remote sourcing techniques to source top candidates\rDevelop and execute recruiting plans\rNetwork through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees\rDevelop a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need\rExecute diversity recruiting strategy for all requisitions and pipeline building activities\rEstablish and maintain relationships with hiring managers; advise of recruiting policies & procedures\rEstablish and build relationships with college/university faculty and staff\rProject yearly recruitment expenditures for budgetary consideration & control\rManage OFCCP data management requirements\rWork on department wide projects as assigned\rPerform other duties as assigned\rAbility to work evenings and weekends as needed\r\r\r\r\rBASIC REQUIREMENTS:\r\r\r\r\rBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or Communications\rKnowledge and experience with recruiting Engineering, Accounting/Finance and Technical talent\rMinimum three years experience in college recruiting/HR, preferably in a global manufacturing environment\rStrong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills\rAbility to travel 30% or more\rAbility to build and maintain superior relationships with internal and external clients at all levels\rAbility to work effectively in teams\rAdvanced web searching skills and recruitment web site utilization skills\rExcellent project management, written and oral communication skills\rProficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)\rStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\rMust be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible\rDemonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions\rDemonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level\r\rQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, national origin, sex, protected veteran status or disability.\r\rLincoln Electric is a $2.5B publicly traded company (NASDAQ) with over 10,000 employees around the world.
