Senior Environmental Attorney

Profile

Tonkon Torp LLP is looking for a senior environmental attorney with a minimum of five years' experience providing regulatory advice, permitting support, and enforcement defense.  Experience in environmental and resource acquisition support for M&A and real estate transactions would also be an advantage.  The firm’s environmental practice group handles a broad range of environmental issues for clients engaged in a broad range of industries, including large- and small-scale manufacturing, food and beverage, and transportation.  Our ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who has a solid understanding of the major environmental and regulatory programs such as the Clean Water Act, Superfund, and RCRA and is able to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.  We value collaboration and cross-department teams.

The ideal candidate can independently manage projects, has experience in training and managing associates, and is enthusiastic about growing the firm’s environmental practice.
