Duties: Lead mid to large size projects. Formulate contracting strategy for individual contracts. Perform resource survey and contract risk assessment; issue report of findings. Develop Master Document. Support, guide, and implement changes in systems, processes, and procedures. Assess resource needs; prepare manpower and indirect estimates; develop and manage budgets for individual contracts. Other duties as assigned. Contribute to and promote the use of Fluor’s knowledge management portals and communities. Stay current/updated with Contract Management practices and procedures; remain informed of current developments and potential changes within the Contract Management group. Participate in Fluor University® for training and career development.
