The candidate will handle incoming customer inquiries by phone, fax, and email in a contact center environment. Data processing of these requests while ensuring the accuracy of details provided, along with incorporating Protected Health Information, Personally Identifiable Information, to satisfy regulatory demands and subpoena demands in accordance with state and federal HIPAA/Privacy requirements. Should have 1-2 years of experience working with sensitive information and or HIPAA, or 1-2 years of experience working in a Call Center environment where a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail are required. Should have the ability to work with a high volume, production-oriented, time-sensitive Call Center environment. Must maintain the strictest level of confidentiality when dealing with confidential information and Protected Health Information at all levels. Should have strong organization skills, the ability to multi-task, prioritize work, maintain flexibility, and manage expectations while meeting scheduled deadlines. Must be able to function well in a professional team environment. Should have proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word and Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and the ability to master other related department applications. The ability to handle inquiries, exercise good judgment, and apply critical thinking skills to solve problems is a must. Should have a BS degree or equivalent work experience. Customer Service experience. Should have prior Patient Prescription Records experience. Legal or paralegal experience is a must. Pharmacy work experience is a must. High School diploma or equivalent experience required. Associate's degree or equivalent certificate is preferred.
